Consulting During Design & Planning Stages
Engaging JJH Builders early will enable any questions about house design, materials, energy efficiency to be answered and resolved promptly. We liaise with you, your house designer, and building surveyor to enable the process to run smoothly.
We offer onsite inspection of land to assess and discuss design options to best suit your needs.
Energy Efficiency Consultant
We want your house to perform at its best capacity so on request our energy consultant, Melinda (BSc in Sustainable Energy Management), is available to make suggestions on your design to incorporate energy efficiency design ideas or work closely with your designer.
Melinda can assist with strategies to minimise energy consumption, provide information on renewable energy options for your particular needs, and recommend reputable suppliers and products. Custom Furniture
JJH Builders can also create customised or unique recycled timber furniture at your request. Here we would work closely with you on the design. Pieces include custom bench tops, tables, daybeds, shelving, and any other ideas you may have.

Jeremy Hinch is a registered building practitioner with the Victorian Building Authority,a member of the Master Builders Association, who lives in Cape Paterson and services, Cape Paterson, Wonthaggi, Inverloch, and the Gippsland region. He has worked in the building industry for 25 + years, and grew up in a family run building company.
Jeremy is passionate and loves what he does, and has worked in various roles over the years. He has worked in all areas of construction from multimillion dollar award-winning homes, project managing, winery construction, new homes, renovations, extensions, pergolas, decks, boardwalks, providing him with extensive experience and knowledge in all aspects of building.
Jeremy has worked in other states in Australia, extending his knowledge base to all climate conditions, techniques, and designs to protect your home from the elements. With this knowledge came the formation of JJH Builders Pty Ltd, a family owned and operated company that provides top quality, affordable, and a reliable service.
